AFD is tricky. I was doing good for a while then it dropped off. My guess is se just dropped the sites.
Why don't you create some video and also use your URL as the watermark in them.after that publish to you tube So People will go to your website directly! SO easy!
I think promoting adsense for domain may be a waste of time. You can spend the same time to promote a site with real content for better ROI
It seems like a bit of a dead end because the TOS are so severe. Maybe you are better off just redirecting all your urls to a site that you can promote and then you can promote the site instead of promoting the parked afd pages. I have a couple that earn well for some reason but the rest are lucky if they make more than a few dollars a quarter. Also am starting to get concerned about SE droppage... It's a shame you can't promote with live links.
Some popular ones will do indeed. Just the thing would be, how many visitors would the Video get and how many will go on the site.
