Check your site structures before do it anything... If your site structure are meet in to BIG G rules... than create some link juices and other seo campaign...

According to yahoo I have 90 backlinks - one of them is perfect (PR6).
From sitemap google extracted 85 pages - indexed 0

Your robots.txt might be restricting the access of your pages...
