I believe 3D is trendy today but who know tomorrow.

Mayan prophecies say we'll enter in the 4D dimension starting in 2012

 

thought of that mystique .. but we still have a little time for that one ... no need to spend a couple years of reg fee's with so much going on and so much coming.

Really think that it's gonna be accessible real fast (touch 3D): starting on the mobiles and ipad, computer screens, ...

The 3D is on it's way: lot's of people own allready HDtv/bluray. So they have to sell something even BIGGER then HD (since a lot of people who doesnt own thoses technologies didnt because of the lack of WOW effect on them!-I only have DVD and normal tv...).
If they want to make people buy theyre gadgets: 3D is not only the immediate solution, but the only new alternative to make people buy theyre craps now!

yes.. i know the actual one is being called "touch 3d"... but this is more than good enough to gain page one ranking with the slightest bit of love... they're already starting to search for '3d touch'

I really think that web browsers will be ( by default) following the 3D computers & TV's. So, if you want to push your luck: buy some!

what do you mean?

 

I see some people are registering names with hyphens (dashes) in the domain name. This is what I believe a no no in domain reselling. Even to develop a domain name with a hyphen isn't the best thing to do. We want to stick with .com to get type-in traffic.

All good 3D related .com names are gone. Is it a good option to register other major TLDs like .net and .org?

 

I'd only spend money on a .net if it had the potential of being a premium name - otherwise it's a waste.

 

How about this one: 4DFilms [.] net

 

I believe states with 3d after the name of the states are available. Some atleast. Would this be a good investment? ie: California3d.com. I do own LasVegas3d.com

 

I don't think so. LasVegas3d.com doesn't make any sense to me.
