Im not a big download fiend, but I recall in the past rapidshare had a happy hour where you get faster speeds and no wait times. Do they still do that? If they do is there any way to know when?
Not that I know of, i tend to find that they now to an unhappy hour where they constantly say that you have to be a premium member to download atm. If they do a happy hour I would love to know when because I hate waiting lol
I think they have their off-peak hours which is usually past midnight EST. This is how it was for me before, but I've stoped using RapidShare because of their ridiculous wait times.
