You could hire such a programmer on any major freelancing site for programming. Popular ones are elance or oDesk. I'd put a quick estimate on around £300 - £500. It is relatively simple. See the embed codes used on games (at the bottom of every game) on GamesClip to give you an idea of the HTML required.
