I got Google Adwords Coupon free worth Rs.2500

Hello friends I got a coupon from google which has rs.2500 value for advertisement and I had entered the coupon code now google asks for deposit of rs.500 . How can I use the free amount for advertisement without deposit of rs.500.

I have also received coupon of Rs 2,000 but the timeline to use it was 5thfeb and i got it on 6th.
