Need a long term programmer

Looking for a long term programmer. I always have many projects I'm working on, would like the person to be almost fluent in English and offer his or her services at a low price (since programmer will be used multiple times).

Programmer must have GREAT communication and strive to complete work before deadline. No need to worry if I'll pay you or not, I've been a DP member for a long time and have a few iTR's to back it up. I only pay my programmers after the work is complete and working 100%

Mainly PHP but would like it if the programmer is also good in other areas.

Please PM me your portfolio, as well as all the areas you excel in (php, html, java, etc).

Some may argue with that. Member registration date doesn't tell that much, more important is the value of your posts on the forum. The iTrader backup isn't that strong of a factor to build trust with either. I'm afraid you might have to reconsider paying upfront to attract more businesses.

100% agreed, Also genuine programmers i dont think they will accept the work without upfront, because scammers are on both sides providers and buyers, I had a problems with some clients, in fact i had wasted my time and efforts for not serious clients. Now i dont accept work without upfront and always prefer serious clients.

I seconded.. nowadays, either you hire a company or a freelancer, everyone requires payment upfront. That's why on our side, so it would be fair on both sides, we offer free 3 days trial so they can be assured that we will work on their projects and don't runaway with their money. After the trial, that's the only time they will pay upfront.

Yeah I understand, last time I paid half up front I got scammed. So honestly I'm not looking to get scammed again. You can check out my posts, I don't really post just to post. Which is why I might not have 1000+ posts even though I've been at DP for a while.

In any case, I know I can find a programmer who will work with my conditions. Advantage I have is that there are many programmers who can do the same exact thing, disadvantage for programmers might be there are not many clients like me who are always coming up with new ideas and need new scripts/work done, with the capital to back it up.
