What is Your Favorite Low-Budget Film?

While many low-budget films have been successful, not all of them are really that good. (I found "The Blair Witch Project" to be extremely boring.) Sorry to all you fans out there. There is one low budget film out there that I thought was very good, and it was successful at the box office also: "Napoleon Dynamite". It cost only $400,000 to produce, yet made a whopping $46,000,000. What other films deserve recognition?

Paranormal Activity - "The most profitable movie of all time is a true outlier. With just $15,000, the visionaries behind this project created a movie that took in a worldwide gross of almost $197 million, a staggering percentage return of over 655,000%. "

I'm sure somebody mentioned this already, but Clerks. I was the same age as all those dudes in the movie when it came out and could relate to them. I still feel like the main character Dante most days.
