I jumped in late in this 3D thing; only decent names I regged were:
    3DGamingNotebook.com
    3DGamingNotebooks.com

So instead of searching for "3D", I started regging "S3D" ("stereoscopic 3D") names. Hopefully this designation will catch on.

That 3dlawsuit line could be the best line on this thread!!

    Curious about your feedback....

    3d Chatear.com

    Spanish for 'chat' or 'chit-chat'
    the chatting industry is HUGE!!!
    multiple-million searches deep

the keyword 'chatear' is searched 550,000 times a month in U.S. Google under 'exact'

Estibot values the website 'Chatear' at $35,000 (somewhere in that area)... granted, it's a bot appraisal, and it's one word...
    but still

    yeah?....no?... potential?
    reg fee or $x,xxx?

I read somewhere "I would rather get the worst .com name then any other domain extension (,mobi and ,tel could be different as they do not compete directly with .com). With .com you have a chance of getting type-in traffic which one usually does not get from a .net, etc. I do have alot of .mobis and .tels (3D in available in mosts of these extensions,,, but I am not sure I would recommend this?? Would love to get your thoughts on .mobi as I OWN
    3DTVs.mobi

I guess I am really thinking ahead as I own STATES with 3D in front of them:
    ie: 3DAlaska.com
Just bought 3DRodeo.com it had expired.
Sold 3DBakery.com for $1000 but do not understand why it doesn't show anywhere on the web. Who can I tell this to as it should be noted. Paid $10 for it x 2 (Had it about 1 year and 1 month and I sold it)...
What do you think of my new website?? www.3dComputerSoftware.com Great Name, Great Products... I developed it (has a counter at the very bottom of the page) I HAVE been getting type-in traffic and it will be good for the search engines. Greatly appreciate any purchases you can make, have 4 kids to feed.

    hey links 4 rank ..
    ... what's with that name?
    i don't get it?

and to nobody specific, but i don't know if everybody understands just how much money and corporate planning is already committed to 3d... FOLLOW THE MONEY!!!!

Panasonic opens first Blu-ray 3D authoring facility

    ... or recent viewer feedback?
Inaugural Sky 3DTV soccer broadcast Received Warmly

and one last little nugget before i go ...
    Acer's GD235HZ 23.6-inch 3D display IS READY!!!!

    Look... i understand the skeptics...
... and for those who are experiencing nausea and other 3d related illnesses from watching avatar - bet the ranch that these companies - these ENORMOUS, multi-billion dollar corporate companies - not to mention the government - are spending BIG money to be the first ones to offer 3d that DON'T make you sick.

While the term's may change (see... Augmented Reality) - it's ALL "3D" and will be referred to as: "3D"

btw .. i don't know how many of you all are still scrambling to your local registrar everytime you have another great 3d domain name, but it sure is seeming harder and harder to find a SOLID 3d keyword.com just sitting there anymore, no?
.. i mean, heck... 3d 649 just made big news!!! (i still don't get that one... is that an area code? ... (hey ... that would be 'kinda' cool))

(sorry .. harm meant.. just playin... you can make fun of my 3dpsp acquisition if you'd like : )

    smile everyone ...
... we have a very BRIGHT Future ahead of us.

i'm actually working on 10 of my 3d domain name sites now (yes - 10)
looks like you went with a joomla template, am i right? ... all ten of these will be carrying joomla for me as well... for those who don't know .. joomla ROCKS for SEO!!

and the states .. u must have beat t them .. i went checking a BUNCH of them and struck out across the board.... 3d other countries ... etc... all gone. Nice Job!!

    .mobi?
... i don't know .. they're catchy and 'somewhat trendy', so that's workin for you ... i mean, personally, i kinda like it - but while i own 3dPc.mobi, i can't say i have any plans on developing this in the near future.

I personally would forget about 3dlcdhdflatscreentv.com (this is probably available).. You are bettter off investing in a better name and paying perhaps $200 or so for it.. You need to keep the names short. If anyone plans to develope their sites, Yola (which I am NOT affiliated in any way) offers free website building and free hosting (you can not beat that). SURE.. You can get a prettier website if you upgrade, but not necessary. You can visit other free things in my .tel website: www.TelephoneGuide.tel

I'm not sure about this yet, either...personally I type "3DTV", but some might separate it into "3D TV". It doesn't matter for domain names, of course.

As for Yola, have you ever used it before? Do those things appear in search engine results? I'd be curious as I wanted to develop a few parked domains on Yola.

Same here. I think it's right time to develop those domains.

I saw the movie in IMAX 3D cinema: it was crazy!!!
The movie theaters will need bigger screen for the 3D movies to be great.
