the referee of this match may be penalized because he gave Chauchi the Algerian goal keeper a yellow card only when Chauchi attacked him !! CAF thinks he should gave him a red card immediately !! The referee may favourd Algeria although !!

how did he favor algeria when the penalty shouldn't have been counted due to the fact that he stopped before taking it? It would have been a redo, and what about the first yellow card?
