    Hi there,
I've been trading with a guy on DP.
I offer post writing service, and he want to buy a post on my site.
I post the articles and he don't want to pay. I'm not the only one who's not receiving payment from this guy as I've learnt.
He's using his positive itrader comments to convence me that he's trustworth. I don't know whether he bought the itrader rating or what.
I'm really looking to give him negative itrader as he's definitely going to give me itrader in return. I don't want to get negative record because some terrible people just want to cheat around and revenge after you report them. The other people who got cheated didn't leave him negative itrader neither. I think they don't want to get negative record neither. And this guy is actually using this.
I think this is the not rational point about the itrader system. When things go wrong, it just works as it supposed to.
    Would anybody do something?

You don't have any other way rather then leave a negative iTrader ..That's all..

If you don't want a bad feedback in return ..then try to forget that buyer..;):D ...and take up front payment next time .

But others will never know this guy don't pay...
And they will keep on being cheated by the positive itrader rating.
    It is a dilema...
I never thought that I'll need to face the "to be or not to be" question on a forum...

Yeah there are few members here who misusing their high iTrader power ...but The DP owner OR Moderators can't do anything in BST business deal ..:( ...They can understand our feelings but Rule is Rule ...;)

But you can post a review about your business in that thread that you have done business.

    1. You can leave negative iTrader.
    2. You can leave negative feedback in the deal thread if one exists.

Other than that, you're out of luck.

Here's how I see it though. If you're not willing to leave honest iTrader no matter what, then you shouldn't be using iTrader as a trust metric at all when deciding who to do business with. When someone scams me, I leave negative. If they do in return then so be it. Anyone intelligent enough to be worth doing business with in the future knows that iTrader is a poor metric. Anyone who takes the "wow, look at all my positive iTrader -- you should totally do business with me" approach is on the other hand rather pathetic and probably overcompensating for a lack of other decent references (portfolio samples, client testimonials, etc.). Leave negative if you're that worried about helping other poor souls who haven't learned to look beyond iTrader yet. Don't leave it if you're paranoid that you can't command trust in your work without it.

That Right there? Truth in advertising.

iTraders can be manipulated. Any number on the Internet can be manipulated.

The simple solution? If you get scammed, lick your wounds and walk on.
