my PP account was limited for 180 days and after this yesterday i receive e mail from them that now you can withdrawal your funds i do not have a credit card or bank account PP do not support my country i have 120 in it how can i get this money any chance ?
The only place one can withdraw after limitation is to a bank account and if your country is not supported, I doubt if you will be able to lay your hands on this money of yours... ever! Regards, RightMan
If PayPal doesn't support your country then you won't be able to withdraw the funds to your country. I'm not sure whether VCCs can be of any help, but if you can spend the money then spend it. Don't keep it forever in account. Why was your account limited in first place?
After 180 days you have to call t hem and ask them to issue a check in your name and they will send it to your address

Why not spend the money You're on a webmaser forum so I assume you require web hosting, domain registration services. Do your shopping with sites that accept PayPal.
If the limits are lifted, then your better option is to spend it on the Net. Otherwise If paypal don't support your country, then your chances of getting hard cash are very low!! Best of LuCk!!

I saw somewhere that people can withdraw the money to their bank and pay some cash back for you , i don't know it is works or not but there isn't any option left for you.
i use Cyprus its useless to call Paypal because they may send a check and i used fake address or they send to US bank account that i have not and also noway to get this one (US bank account)
