    1gb ram

    Your specifications do not match your price point, if you are flexible with either reducing your specs or increasing your price then you will probably only get offers from 12y/o fly by night hosters who will never genuinely give you that much bandwidth/hdd space for that tiny a price.

    Well, consider that he is in the ballpark of a dedicated server spec, not to mention the licensing he is asking for. A vps needs to fit in the niche that comes just before a dedicated server.
