Hi, i have a vbulletin license, but i don't know how i can to change the password and email on my acound.

I send ticket to vbulletin support, but i want to change manual the password and email, i can change it ?

 

Do you have access now? If so, you can simply log into the ACP and edit the user you need changed. However, if the user is listed as an admin or super admin in your config file, you will need to diddle that first...

both password and email changes will be made only by the team and make a reasonable excuse, don't give some stupid excuses such as I don't like it, can I have my own pwds, They will give you 1, you take it

Have you changed ownership through vbulletin team ?? If no, then ask the previous owner to send an mail to vbulletin team requesting to change email and pwd
