I think my keyword is to popular... I have back linked and done so much forum work my eyes are bleeding but yet I have made exactly $1.14 and very little daily traffic... should I give up and start a new site? my site in sig.

How long have you been working on this site? I'm showing less than 100 inbound links, that does not seem like many to me. I wouldn't say give up but starting a new site is a good idea.

That's awesome! What did you learn?

You should, if you have not already, have learned that MARKETING is not about linking.

If you're doing it for 6 monthns and still having the same result, there is something wrong on what you are doing...

looks like your site has been around for 3-4 weeks, right?

if so, you should continue promote it for the next one or two months. i don't think your niche is very competitive. you should be abele to get a decent amount of traffic.

    goodluck!

I saw your blog. First of all it is a blogspot blog and just one month old. I recommend you to get a domain name for your blog first and continue the promotions.

To achieve a decent traffic we need to work on a blog at least six months. So be positive....

More than linking, you need content. With content, you will get more organic traffic. Link building is second to good content.
:D I love your cheerful nature. Anyway, I agree with Mobius, if you're not willing to stick to something and work hard, don't bother. Do some hosting business or something.

My health site was seeing less than 100 visitors when I first started out with it in 2008. After 3 more months of earning less than $4. I read about SEO and worked on increasing the content. Within 6 months, my daily traffic was between 300 and 400 and my daily income was around $4. But please note, I had more than 400 posts in the blog at that time. I sold that website in 2009 for $2,200.

    Never give up.
Don't do this unless you have risk capital.

Yes, good advice  this way the OP will not have to make the agonizing decision of whether or not to give up, Google will make that decision for him...by banning him.
