no personal payment options in Paypal

    I checked my Paypal account. There is no personal payment options in Paypal.

    I still have this option.Maybe it depends on the country.Can you see "Others" option?

    with the Personal Payment, you can send and receive payment without paying any paypal charges.

    no big deal, as long as you still can use paypal to receive and send payments using non-personal payment option..
