    Welcome to PSD Converters

Message from the owner, Robert Gamache
Hello there. I have decided to branch out to DP freelancer PSD converters in order to give them a workload. Keep in mind we cannot always give you constant business but we will do our best to ensure you are happily paid when we ask you to do a project. We aren't overly obsessive about how your work is done but we ensure it is validated and CBC (cross-browser compatible). We are going to be honest and tell you were are most likely hiring 2-3 coders. So we will not get straight to the important things. PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for XHTML/CSS coders for this entry. Please PM or MSN me for inquiring about becoming a Wordpress or other type of web coder for PSD Converters.

    Business Philosophy
To provide the best service possible for a budget-able price. To be the best you can be and improve with times. If we cant do it, we aren't experienced enough!

    Work Load
Recently we have been picking up clients. We have a few constant clients and are always welcoming more. We may return to DP to hire more coders in the future.

    Payment Information
We pay unlike other companies. Please pay attention and you will understand why. Since this is a freelance company you will not be paid until we have the money.
    Payment Gateway: Paypal
    Profit Percentage (Us): 20-25%
Profit Example: If a project is worth $100, we generally take $20 for bills.
Profit Exampe 2: If a project is worth $20, we generally take $5 for bills.

    System of Checks
In order to provide an excellent service we must check your work before given to the customer. This is how it works.
    -Step 1: PSD Received
-Step 2: PSD Given to Coder
-Step 3: PSD Coded / Troubleshooted
-Step 4: Code Given to Management
-Step 5: Code Checked for validity and errors. Manually checked for errors.
--Step 5a: If code does not validate or needs to be fixed, return to step 3.
-Step 6: Code Given to Customer
--Step 6a: If any problems with code are given, return to step 3.
-Step 7: Payment Given to Management
-Step 8: Coder Paid by Management

    How to Apply
FIRST: Please PM me with a portfolio or examples of recent work. Please provide some proof with each project done to ensure it is yours. If you cannot give proof, you will not be exempt. In this PM please also tell us why you should be hired at PSD Converters. We require that you give us your first/last name, along with a contact email, paypal address, and time zone

SECOND: Please post here, in a NON-Spam post, stating you would like to work with us and you have sent a Private Message. This is where we would like you to write a 100+ word statement on why you would like to work for PSD Converters.

See, Robert, three out of four posters here have ignored reading your thread, and just did what you asked them NOT to do. Besides, there are the forum rules promising each of these guys an infraction for breaking them, yet, people won't listen. I myself have trained my eyes to read through the spam but it certainly becomes annoying.

My personal suggestion would be to do a research rather than start a thread and gather the offers as well as get bombed with often helpless private messages.

I don't say ignore the forum newbies, you never know when a valuable developer stands behing a username with no itrade points. However, seek for people with a good reputation and an established level of trust to work with. You know how to look for that on a forum.

    Good luck.
