    You can directly contact the host provider, Many host provider have their own affiliate programs.

    That's too time consuming and there gonna be payments problems , i need one that have alot of web hosting company publishers

    000webhost.com has an affiliate program paying through paypal. The service is free hosting and pays out 10$ for 30 day active free hosting accounts

    I cant say scam, but the free hosting activation time quite lon and if user do not send an email to activate it asap, then the hosting plan got deleted :( but if they host the site and receive hit, you got paid...

    As i said i don't want individual web hosting affiliates program , i need something like CJ.COM that have a lot of web hosting affiliates program into.
    I was declined with shareasale so im looking for an alternative

    try linkshare.com , cj and linkshare.com are the biggest networks, google network can have also a chance.
