well, i am working on my site from last couple of months , but still its page rank is zero.tell me how can i improve it?

The trick is to find pages with high PR and getting them to link to the pages on your site, whose PR you want to boost, with a dofollow link.
is it worth paying those sites out there that "promise" traffic or is that a scam? i have been trying article submissions, twitter and FB, and trying link building/exchanges with PR2 and PR3 sites. Is it about quality or quantity of these links?
There is only one way to improve your page rank/PR - get more links... or I guess you "could" also pray that the pages where your current links appear improve in PR and/or reduce the number of outbound links.
depending on how many PR backlinks you have, 2 months may not be enough. actually its only one month as google updated the last PR a month ago. so keep building links and hopefully by next update, you wull see some change
Page rank is calculated based on the quality of inbound links that you are getting. The more quality of inbound links, the higher chances for your site to get high PR.
Hi seobaba are you done with your site's ON Page Optimization? Maybe you should have a double check with it, and also PR is not easy to acquire not unless you have a lot of quality backlinks to your site.. That is also one of the good idea to generate backlinks.. but the issue was will they link back to you? There are lots of website that has PR and even you are of the same categories if your PR is low they will not add you to their list..
