Wheel link means link from one web 2.0 site to another and to the main money site. It is part of the concept of link wheel. Examples of web 2.0 sites are weebly, tumblr, posterous, webs.com, blogspot, etc.

I guess he meant a serious contest program with advertisement over TV, radio, T-Shirts and firework show. No doubts. Correct me if I got the strategy wrong - high PR will help me to get more quality backlinks and will attract more traffic (of cours if I don't screw everything up) just because everyone wants a backlink from PR 5 or even 6 website. By the way, what about 3 ways links exchange? Will it work much better than simple reciprocal 2 way links exchange? My target is to get traffic without spending a penny yet. It is more obvious than you think
Build targeted link building. Do not build links in bad neighborhood. Build your site and links for search engine. Increase quality content. This will take time but this is the only option available.
if ur site has pr 5 that means you have a good crawler rate that means any thing you can change on your site that will get good position in google so there is two way you can make money either target low competitive keywords so your site will appear on first page for those keywords easily and can get u good traffic .Or you can work little hard and try to optimize high competitive keywords which would require little time a.So after increasing traffic I will let you know hoe you can earn money from that
