Last two month, I built four squidoo lens for back links, but still now, I can't find them in my webmaster tools from google, and they are all cached by google, what is wrong with it? how I can do so that they will be as my backlinks?
Google updates the links on Webmaster tools every 2 or 3 months. Doesn't mean they haven't already counted them in the algorithm
Also not ALL links are shown in Google's Webmaster Tools. It's a sample just like the output for the LINK: operator... They DO however usually show a MUCH larger sample in WMT than with the LINK: operator.
You have a link in any page in the internet .. and that page can be crawled (indexed) by Google .. then it's a backlink .. And don't worry about that, it's already counted for sure .. Continue your work ..
you do get dofollow backlinks form squidoo. are your lenses indexed? you can ping the lens along wiht its rss feed and do some social bookmarks for them. this way they will not only be indexed but get more frequent visit form googlebot. at the same time, you can check for your backlinks on yahoo explorer to see if you see the links from squidoo
If your Squidoo lenses are indexed then you'll get your backlinks. Don't worry about just keep on doing work.
They must love you - none of the sites I've got have ever got updated that frequently. But then again, in that case we've established that they're not counting all your links, so they really hate you.
Look in Yahoo Site explorer - they tend to show more links - may not be in Google yet, but at least you know they have been indexed somewhere
I am also having the same problem. The webmaster tool is really slow enough to collect links and show them. I even built 2 or maybe 3 squidoo lenses but cannot even find their backlinks in Google webmaster tool or in any other backlinks checker tool. So can't say who is at the wrong end...Backlink checker or Squidoo.
Just have to be patient guys! Google takes sometimes to index squidoo backlinks but it is do follow so do not fear
Market your squidoo lens in high page rank Bookmarking sites and also add your lens in lens roll or check my signature for complete squidoo lens marketing.
Generally Google considers only those pages which are fresh with content and also crawls them frequently.. But never ever before Google had crawled the websites so frequently in 2-3 weeks.
Create the lens with unique content and ping it. Do a little of promotion and you are good to go! Regardless, you will get dofollow links
