    Never heard of it. Maybe it's because I'm not in Russia but the site looks really nice nonetheless.

    I'm surprised. Is your blog in english? Looks like they give preference blogs in russian.

    I tried to add to yandex blogs catalogs list: http://blogs.yandex.ru/add-catalogue.xml

    The result says it takes on average 3 months, if you can get listed at all. "Средний срок рассмотрения заявки составляет 3 месяца."
