I'm surprised. Is your blog in english? Looks like they give preference blogs in russian. I tried to add to yandex blogs catalogs list: http://blogs.yandex.ru/add-catalogue.xml The result says it takes on average 3 months, if you can get listed at all. "Средний Ñрок раÑÑÐ¼Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð°Ñвки ÑоÑтавлÑет 3 меÑÑца."
