    Most definately PayPal.

Much bigger variety of features, and in my opinion is safer.

Plus it's been around longer so can be trusted more.

    Definately use PayPal.

Since PayPal is more reputable, I suggest you try their service.

Paypal is e-currency but e-Junkie is just a merchant system. You cant compare them. e-Junkie is just an extended cart system. It has affiliate system, coupon management. And it accept not only paypal but it also accept payment through 2Co, Google Checkout, ClickBank etc.

If you are selling digital product then e-Junkie is good choice.

Asif: Thank you! I was about ready to type all of this to everyone...e-junkie is a (very good actually) cart system that "pops up" in your website that I loved when I used it. Low priced and works well.

    you can't compare them.

ejunkie is an ecommerce site which users can sell ebooks. why compare these two?
paypal is a mode of payment lol..

but then ejunkie can be an affiliate,

E-junkie will defiantly help you in selling your digital product and thus it works out better for you if you accept paypal payments. I would say it makes setting up payments for your digital product a little easier and if you don't like paypal or have problems with them idk if E-junkie has alertpay or other checkout methods but research well and make sure that no one has had problems with them. Of course you may always run into problems but hopefully e-junkie or paypal with give you customer support
