Google do not like directory site...?

I know Google do not like directory site,but I find so many webmasters build new directory sites,why?

 

I think they have a lot of visits from those who wants to add own webpage.
And in aadition later they get some money from registrations.

 

You are wrong, Google like directory sites but only with quality and high PR.

 

i don't know about that.. what i know, this is the business... why google hate directory? if they start this....

 

I know that google do not like crap directories, of wjich at least half of those in existence are crap, thats all.

OP, no offence but you dont understand anything about directories.

The only part you are right about is that a lot of people create one, much like yourself they haven't bothered to use 5mins of their time o do a little research and think theres easy money to be made from them.

The exact same people come back here 6 months later, they dont say that they have owned one, they pose as a submitter and they say directories are worthless etc etc because they are bitter are not having made money with their spam filled wastes of space that are an insult to real web directories.

Google should have an automated process that destroys these monsters the moment there is any detection that a directory script is being installed on a dropped domain or 10 .info domains.

Power to real web directories.

Mostly new directory sites, buy domains with high page rank from bin, and install directory script, and advertise, and lots of people, submit their websites to these high page rank sites, also some people pay for link, that way they earn money.
