Adsense for search?

This thing I am not sure of..

Can we create our own search website like google.com homepage and put our own search code?

 

You put google search box on your website. When anyone searches using that, relevant Ads are displayed and YOU get the click benefit

Yes, you can create a website like Google or Yahoo. I bet nobody will use it.

 

Well, I have hundreds of thousands of fans and friends in facebook ready to use it..

 

But that's not guarantee they gonna use your google-like service. I have many facebook pages too, and hundred of thousands fans, but I will not throw random non-related site, they may use it or testing it today, but not tomorrow.

There were so many google-like sites before, and most of them fail. U need to put other content to catch/keep ur visitor, not just search engine. but you can always try, good luck!

 

Your just talking about a mini search engine? and using adsense instead of a real database.

I tried this and the major problem is that Google won't allow you to create an advanced search engine. Other than a generic search for example, you won't be able to provide options of searching blogs, searching images, searching maps etc.

 

I got answer from adsense official forum and I think I won't do it... too risky

 

A website which is based on scrapping , RSS feed stuffing and No useful value to the user is a junk in google's eyes...Either you get a bad ranking or no ranking at all...That is MFA type website i.e Made for Adsence ...The era is gone two years ago..

I don't know what you're talking about... My question is very specific about adsense for search and not about MFA... I know what MFA is and I ran a lot last 2004 to 2005 so I don't need lecture from you...
