Congratulations!! You've done something that a lot of people have not done. What he means is; Clickbank has rules in place before sending payment. Just to name the basic one: You need to generate sales with at least 5 different credit cards (5 different people or more buying with a credit card - doesn't matter if it's a Visa, Master Card, etc). PayPal does not count regardless of how many people purchased.

This is a good start. The key is to repeat the process on how you got the first sale. What kind of marketing did you do? Repeat this process and add more products and in time you will get positive results. Before you could withdraw from Clickbank, you need to reach a certain amount before you could withdraw. They usually send checks to their affiliates.
