Gary, I am not the most experienced, but many of the usual on page factors do apply. Get your keywords in both the title and description to start with. Other then that I have noticed that videos which attract comments also tend to attract higher PR, even when views are relatively equal.
another tips: - name your file with targeted keywords; - embed keypoints with keywords into your video FLV file (flash video converter can do this) - it would be the only text readable by SE inside your movie
Thanks for the tips. In Net, When you say embed keypoints, do you mean embed the target keyword where it's mentioned int he video or throughout the video? Also, I've uploaded the video several months ago. Is it to late to embed the keywords, or do i have to remove the video embed it and create a new video upload? cuz that would really suck
Take a good title that describes your video. Take awesome tags. Make sure you get a lot of views (eventually buy Youtube views). Make sure your video gets some good comments too. Search for people to favorite your video too. All these things together could possible get your video higher in Google
embedding will work for your new videos. The place inside the video has no importance, you may place on the first keyframe for example
what happend when you have user that upload videos or just import videos and they don't take care about the title sometimes for example in my signature videos

There aren't any professionals, but having less videos but with a lot of views, good ratings etc might help a lot So instead of 1000 videos with just a few views, almost no favorites and no star ratings won't do much good -- but if you get a lot of views, good ratings and favs Youtube might see your account as 'Good for the visitors' and that means money for them so
