I know that you can only follow 2000 people on twitter, unless you have a certain amount of followers. I saw someone on these forums say, that if you have 2000 followers then you can follow an unlimited amount of people. Is that true? Thanks, Dillmando
^As far as I know there is a ratio.. Maybe you're really interacting in twitter that's why you don't banned. One of my account is this http://twitter.com/witneybeverly and whenever I reach 200 above in my followers I usually unfollow those who doesn't follow me back..
that's a new rule and I've heard it first time and I think that's not true at all. I think there is no limit at twitter. Have you check some celebs account? They are following a very few people and they have a very hugh number of followers. also I have seen some account where they are following a hugh number of people but they have a very few followers.
This means that if you agressive follow people, say 250/hour, then twitter can ban you or reduce your follow limit. Following a lot of people agressive is not a good way to gain followers
It's 2,000 people but your still limited to follow about 700 a day max adding. But once your over 2,000 people following you the limits are off but are still restricted based on how many you are following and how many people are following you. It seems to stick around the 700+ mark from what I have seen.
