Different Adwords acc, same credit card

    Is it possible to redeem several google gift vouchers with same credit card?

    Example:
    I have 5 gift vouchers = 5 different emails = 5 different accounts = 1 credit card

    Is it possible?

    I have tried before and for second account my credit card rejected by google, don't know why
