Just wondering what tools are available to assess accurately your number of back links. Am I right to have read that Google will only show links with a PR of four or better. I would also like to move to the question of the most common method of charging a client for a link building campaign. What is the fairest way to go for both parties-per link/per hr/ or campaign guaranteeing the certain amount of links.
Yahoo Site Explorer provides more or less accurate picture. You can also sign up for Google Webmaster Tools, it shows not a random sample like the link: operator does, but almost all links pointing to your site (still not all of them, though).
