Hey guys.. What ways or books do you suggest for me to increase my general knowledge? Don't tell me to read news and be up-to-date as I am. I am just looking to have a general (not professional) knowledge and understanding about everything. Thanks
Just make the random artcile on wiki, as your homepage and just read it before you decide to move with the rest of your internet activities and over time you will be a walking/talking wiki.
If you have an iphone, i find there are quite a few apps that can build your knowledge. Whenever your bored just pull out the iphone and have a read.
Get hold of one of the Encyclopedia in the form a book and read it at leisure. Wikipedia, is an online version inspired by and deriving its name from it as well! Regards, RightMan
