    As a gift also PayPal will charge fee but in that case they will give you option that who will bare the fee like either you or your recipient.

    They charge 3.9% + 30 cents (fixed) on every transaction.

    Yes. Masspay could also take away the fees.
    If I'm not mistaken, the sender will handle those fees.

    If you send money to another paypal account
    using the payment owed or other in the personal section
    you bypass the paypal fees. ;)

    It's risky...
    If you done this few times per years then its ok.
    But you overdo it,paypal will suspect it then they will limited your account.

    u can try the gift/personal payment method in paypal. The transaction costs are very minimal there. roughly $1 for a $100 transaction. But if you use it quite often they can disable that option from ur acct.
