I personally will not buy an iPad, because I don't find any reason to buy and I have yet to use a touchscreen device.
After, iPhone, this will surely be one of the most hyped products around. Personally, I dont see any reason to buy iPad, even if price is almost good. It will act like a status symbol for sure, rather than anything else.

No. I'm not going to buy one. I like my iPhone and I think it's a revolutionary device. The iPad is merely an oversized iPhone without a phone!! It's too awkward to put in your pocket, yet too small to want to buy a bag for. I don't believe it will make my life any easier so no, I'm not goin to spend $499 on one.
I won't buy it as it has only Wi-Fi in it. Here in India Wi-Fi is not available everywhere. - Mr.President -
the iPad definitely has a niche market, but I don't think it will be a wide-spread phenomenon at all like iPhone was. I personally wouldn't buy one by I know of a few businessmen and women who would want it.
