Who have toolbar and pop up traffic?

    who have traffic from toolbar and website pop up?

    Searching for publisher who can bring this kind of traffic (install toolbar then result pop up) to our offer.

    beside this,

    I just entered an network as affiliate manger, need to work hard~~~
