The original work which can be seen at http://tinyurl.com/yeqoucn is what I have created and it has the same code that yours has simply because you have bought an older version of the script from me a while ago.

I have not provided any resell rights to anybody so you can no right selling this and claiming it's your work. But I guess you are very well aware of what you've done up to this point so it's no point trying to say you're lying.

i am not sure to understand, i don't think that by selling his website with his own traffic, with his own domain break any of your rules.
i could understand you if he was reselling the script alone... but i think that if the script will remain to be used on the same domain... the seller has totally the rights to do it

 

That's not what he is doing. He has used my script for a number of websites and continues doing it without any permission. Just look in his thread history and you'll what I'm taking about. Basically the script has lost it's value because it has been resold so many times!

 

If you read carefully, the content is "cloned" which means it is a similar script. Not exactly the one you "allegedly" say its yours. I have never bought anything from you. Besides, you are from a 3rd world country "bulgaria" or something like that, which is widely known for its scamming practices. So please stop bothering me.

 

If what you're saying is true how come I'm perfectly aware of the site's structure. For example the cron jobs are executed for:

There's no way I can know this if I'm not actually the original creator of this script. This is not a clone but the exact same thing you bought from me with no resell rights.
Also I have never mentioned I'm from Bulgaria but the fact that you know this only proves that you actually bought this from me and saw my information via PayPal.

 

You know that cloned is like breaking the copyright, like if you make a "clone" of the Windows 7 and sell it, then i can say that Microsoft will come after you asap

Strange that the original poster has disappeared when he was found to be stealing again. WebAutomated is an excellent seller and provides great service for his script. Get the script direct from him, or if you're going to pay $700, you might as well buy the site made with his script in my signature. 3,000+ uniques a month, Alexa rank of 691,000, almost 1,000 registered users and steady monthly income. Might as well get something for your money if you're going to spend it.
