Hello All, I have been offering Master Reseller Hosting for the past few years and have sat down to do some thinking to try to improve my services. I am writing this question to all companies who offer Master Reseller Hosting or Master Resellers. The question is in 3 parts, please feel free to add extra comments as well as a vote. I have posted this over at WHT but have gotten a minimal response 1) What reseller application do you currently use or have you used in the past? 2) What are your thoughts of the ease of use of these applications and have you recieved any feedback from your customers? 3) Are you happy with your application, if not why?
I think all have their problems, not tried any recently, but zamfoo was my preferred choice, not sure whether its still being developed well as I heard it was sold after I stopped using it? But it did have all the basic functionality needed for master reseller.
