Looking to sell stopmydivorce.org, I created site in the beginning of August... created it to capture emails for an affiliate product but never got around to it. So I just slapped adsense on it. Worked on link building in August and thats it, haven't done any work on it for months.

Site was created with xsitepro, my hard drive crashed so I lost those files. Site is sold as is. I will give you access to ftp so you are responsible for moving all of the files. Domain is hosted on namecheap.com will push domain to your account.

I'm sure with little link building you will be able to earn some money out of it either through an affiliate product or adsense

What files did you lose? How can the site be modified?

 

I don't have have the xsitepro backup files, the site is still html you can modify it through that.

I have a similar theme for wordpress and i can give you that and you can just do everything from scratch just make sure to keep the page urls the same.
