Hi, Today I got 5 clicks but my earnings are 00 my page CTR is 8.53%. I am receiving targeted visitors from search engines and from some link exchanges with my relevant niche websites. And also didn’t told about my website to my friends to be safe from their clicks for help. Now a days I am reading every where many peoples are complaining about this issue for example some are getting 0.01 per click some are getting 0.5$ for 22 clicks some are getting none for many clicks. And these issues are increasing day by day. So what will be the future? Can we believe on adsense for long term?
I see in your future a person without an Adsense account. Stop telling your friends to click your account
its funny how people are treating adsense like a necessity. Its like omg my adsense got banned, omg i got low earnings i am so stressed out now, omg.
Invalid clicks for sure .. and the earnings depend on your niche .. I sometimes get 0.08$ and so per click .. sometimes 1.2$ ..
I had like 10 clicks come through once when I was first starting out, which was very high for the time. I didn't receive anything for them.. What most likely happened is they were no valid clicks.. Google is very good at tracking these, considering they're protecting their bread and butter. If it continues to happen send them an email and let them know that you're concerned about it.
Maybe click fraud or what they said invalid clicks...but don't worry focus more on SEO and you're site earnings will increase.
He is right. If the clicks were invalid or by one of your mates then they won't credit you with money. They have pretty advanced systems setup to protect their clients and most of all their profits!
Sounds like invalid clicks, I think google have automated processes to autonatically remove any invalid clicks. If you are aware of any means by which you might be getting invalid clicks, then put a stop to it before your account is banned. Other than that, dont worru and focus your efforts on building up new content and promotion.
Adsense can be part of a profitable business model. I have been very fortunate with my adsense revenues, however it was not luck, it was proper research. I looked at the cost that people were paying for clicks in certain niches, and then sought out the competition within those niches. i never decided to go for the mother load of $20 per click, etc... I was very happy with $.50 to $1.50 per click, which were very obtainable. I found niches that were not over saturated. I know this is much easier said then done, but PROPER research in the beginning saves you a lot of wasted time later.
I, on the other hand, did not research a single keyword. I had a site going from pre-Adsense days (before there even WAS a Google, in fact) and finally added Adsense to it. I do alright because it's a topic I'm interested in and can contribute a lot of unique and useful information on. Patience is the important thing, plan on the long haul, and it's pretty hard to do that with a topic you have no interest in.
