YouTube Download, re-upload & watermark

    Hi Guys,

    Need your help on following matter...

    is it okay to download the video from youtube (not mine), then upload again using my account & watermark the video with the link to my website ?
    Since there're some peoples who offered this kind of services

    Please advise.

    Thanks for your feedback and input...i think i'll pass the offer and looking other options to increase traffic to my website which more ethical...:eek:
