Root IP addresses for US Cities & States

    Hello everyone,

    Does anyone know a site or service that lists the root IPs of the U.S. cities and states? Including the main root IP address for the whole U.S. country...

    root IP ? never heard of it.. IPs are allocated in blocks to ISPs ..maybe GEOIP is what you are looking for

    There is no such thing. IP addresses are not allocated based on geography. Once they are assigned, the person to whom it is allocated has a geographical location... and the device to which it is assigned has a geographical location... but the IP address itself has no relation to those locations. Any IP address could theoretically be assigned to any device anywhere in the world.
