Hi, i left school about 18 years ago, but over the years some people turn out bad and take a bad route in life, ive seen or heard of (newspapers & tv) various people i was at school with who became criminals. Most people turned out ok but... Some of what the individuals i was at school with went on to do the following: Knifepoint robberies Class A drugs offences Rape at knifepoint Muggings Threatening a dentist at knifepoint Drug dealing Car theft (one dead because of that) Torture General theft With some of the people as teenagers at school you could see something bad within them, but with others it was suprising. Have you known anyone turn bad since you left school? Maybe they were not a friend but were in your year at school. What cime(s) did they commit?
Don't know any school friends which are now criminals but my cousins are in jail and I knew someone who was on the UK most wanted list.
Old school pal of mine's just ben locked up for 3 years for importing counterfeit goods into UK. he was on the run for months until they nabbed him in south of france. Another one doing a stretch for armed robbery. A few old friends heroin addicts. It's a shame, coz I just remember them as mischievious kids not hardened criminals
Nearly stabbing someone to death and there was this guy in the news recently who lives in the same area as me who got arrested for trying to smuggle £10 million of cocaine.
There's something wrong with you people. Why this 'shit' happens only in the UK and the USA ? Your education system may isn't that good in most of the schools.
Some hardcore stuff there. And its horrible to see old friends and local people become addicts. Not doing things by halves then. Not true, its simply that if you live in the UK you get the news, and obviously the UK gets a lot of US news too. Education is not necessarily connected, not all education comes from time spent in school either, some innercity kids go on to become very successful, some public school privileged kids make a complete mess of things. Also in the UK and US the incidents actually get brught out into the open, not swept under the carpet like in some countries, so its easier to find out quicker.
My friend I went to school with even though he didn't turn out bad his brother did. He was 17 and arrested for messing around with a little boy of 6 he was in school with us but a year below myself. It's really shocking what some people do in this world!!!
A guy I was at school with actually robbed a convenience store with a Knife whilst wearing his school uniform After he got the money he climbed a tree in the park about 50 yards from the store and counted his money. Needless to say the Police soon caught him - I wonder where he is now?
Asking to be caught by doing that, climbing a tree to count the money afterwards sounds like a less than intelligent decision.
Don't know anyone from my school that went "bad", so to speak. I did find out at one of the reunions that a guy I'd known got murdered.
In grade 7 a guy I knew raped his older sister. In grade 9 two guys I knew held down a girl and raped her on our lunch period right across the street from our school. A bunch of other people I went to school with got arrested for things like drug possession, firearms possession, smuggling, and a bunch of other stuff. I haven't seen any of them in close to 20 years.
Its crazy to think how some people turn out, and of course how some are commiting serious crimes before even leaving school. I just recently discovered that a young man who used to live near to where i am was put in prison for a very serious sexual crime. He was mischievous as a kid but i was shocked to hear the crime that he had commited that lead to his sentencing.
