I knew someone will ask that. Obviously that is a tabular data, meant to have the data in table form. Just what would you use for tabled data? If you could refer a website which doesn't use table for their data table, that would be very helpful. For the price, I won't use DIV for the text data which is supposedly to be used with table. I hope you can find someone who'll code your "data table" with divs or spans for cheap price. Good Luck.
I thought i should leave a review of his work. I contacted needed a Xhtml of my psd he completed the task within an hour i over looked the code and everything was PERFECT. Very clean quality coding especially for the price. He also re-did my Logo and did a fantastic job on that as well. overall he is fast and does a very clean and quality job! Thanks again man!
