Do these have bandwidth limit like crossing a certain limit it will go back to 10 mbps? Or say I can use 20 TB at 100 mbps?

These are truly unmetered, you can do 20TB, they are old offers not available anymore on ovh site.

You get OVH manager access. Cpanel is 30 EUR/month.

any test ip, bandwidth test for server 3, might be interested. any contract? service carriers?

 

At this moment the server is still used by the customer, so I cannot give you any ip or test file for it. However, you can test the classic ovh test file, which should not differ from the server: ftp://ftp.ovh.net/test.bin
Contract is on a monthly basis. Not sure what you mean by service carriers?
