    Perhaps run an affiliate deal with an existing one, other than building your own. There are simply so many job sites out there that getting a new one established and popular is quite a gamble.

    You'll find a lot of jobsites with affiliate programs through popular aff networks - CJ, Copeaq, etc. etc.
