Ezine is a good place to get some targeted visitors into your site and get some backlink as well.

I don't think people will buy your article once it is published on ezine or any other site.

Ezine will not pay you for submitting articles. But ezine is a great place to get some targeted traffic.

    I'll recommend "hubpages.com", it's better and you'll rank easier.

    1. If you do not have a blog or a website, then there is no benefit. Try advertising on a forum referring to the articles, so that you’ll be able to sell links on the author bio section. This can make you some pretty good cash, if you’ve been found by an interested client.
    2. As one of the previous posters mentioned, I don’t think you can sell them once they are published on ezine; they are pretty much available to anyone.
    3. The benefits are, except the one mentioned at #1, that you can showcase your work. :)

1 - If you don't have a website and won't put anything on the resource box, then basically nothing.

2 - Yes, but they won't be unique, so they won't sell well. (warn the buyer about this)

    3 - No

Ezine Articles will give you great backlinks but you need a blog at least. Blogger is great but a hosted Wordpress blog is greater for SEO.

If your article gets picked up by several marketers that's a bonus. Usually writing for a specific keyword in your article under 5,000 competition your chances of making the first page on Google is excellent.

I've been using USFreeads (Google loves this site) for quite a while and have had success linking from Ezine Articles.

This may change some day, the page at USfreeads must be an informative(no sales hype) type of ad with links mixed in to your affiliate product.

Keywords under 1,000 competition will guarantee first page using USFreeads. For under 10 bucks a month they offer unlimited number of ads with several photos allowed and PayPal compatibility. A great site for links to Clickbank products.:)

There are other sites you can put your articles like IdeaMarketers.com is a popular one. eZine Articles is very popular. Seach also for niche directory sites according to your interest. SelfGrowth.com is ideal for life coaches, holistic healing and spiritual topics.

No, they don't pay you directly for the articles. But if you are providing services or products - customers may find you after reading an article - they may come to your site to learn more about you (as others have said).

    Good luck! :)

The #1 Reason is this: you want as many people as possible to get to know about your business, i.e you want to attract eye balls...

Hi mate, it sounds like you are coming from a purely journalistic position and not trying to push a website or backlinks. If this is the case, forget Ezine and try and get your work published in print. Try some of the niche magazine titles that fit your audience and subject matter.

    Answers to your questions:
    1. If you have articles in other writing sites, you can summarize the articles and post in Ezinearticles. This will help your core articles rank higher, and draw in more search engine traffic.
    2. No, once you post in free content site, such as Ezine, everyone can download for free.
    3. Ezine will not pay.
