Why would some people wait to have sex before marriage. I mean these day people get married in there late 20 and early 30 why should you have to wait I mean if you know if love that person very much whats wrong with have sex. Plus I am a religious person I got to church every Sunday, I pray all the time. But I have a girlfriend who I love very much and in a couple of years time we will marry.
In indian hindu community one of the marriage's aim is procreation- having children.So naturally it is bound to be after marriage. Marriage is lifetime partnership for hindues. It is not a one night stand. If you want only sex, have any time with anybody, why bother about marriage. It will be like animals.
The way I see it its like buying a car. You have to test drive the car before you buy it. So lets say you wait and then you find out the car is a lemon or broken, how hard is it to trade it back in. Its 1/2 of everything you own now thats a hard sell to me.
Don't let these religions trick you in to thinking sex is dirty, it's not. It's great fun and not something an old virgin in a church should be giving advice about. Some of the religions say it because its simply a sin, but I the problem with setting those rules in church to the people is that they are so into sex that as soon as they reach a legal age they marry the first person they see to bump uglys. This happens all of the time. Then they live a crappy life with someone they don't really like and doesn't like them. The problem is people use sex for much more than pleasure. They use it for attachment, money, revenge against someone else, blackmail, money, and control. And trust me, people are different after they boink. The many people who believe you shouldn't have sex with a wack load of people have these reasons why you shouldn't.
I know I wouldn't trade the wait for the blessings we received by waiting. The car example is just stupid, ask someone how that has worked for them.
