Banned...

Now I know most people who get banned think they didn't do anything, but if you have read any of my posts you know that I am knowledgable with adsense and the TOS. however my account was banned today. I honestly have no idea why. I do not spam my site, I do not click my own ads, I do not have anything that entises users to click my ads, nothing. I know almost everyone says that, but i really did nothing. I have recieved a few payments from them in the past, and now i have nothing. Today i reached 100$ again so i would have gotten another payment, now nothing.

    The email i sent them:

I am not aware of any invalid clicks on my account. I do not spam my site to gain traffic. I am very confused on to why i have had my account disabled. I have read over the TOS closely and to my knowledge I have not violated any TOS. I love your service and am not sure why this has happened. I would really like my account to be turned back on and will do anything to conform to your needs/wishes. If I am doing something incorrectly or something that violates TOS please let me know, I will change it immediately. I run adsense along with adwords and as I stated above I think this is a great service that you offer to your users. If you wish you may contact me via telephone is you wish, my phone number is xxx-xxx-xxxx and can be reached 24 hours a day.

    Thank you,
    Justin

Don't worry, they will open your account soon, keep contacting them, if they don't after one month you can get a new account using your brother name or something, get a new domain and start a new life .

Read over the adsense reinstatement guide written by yfs1.

I would also start preparing all your server stats and any info that you may have that could help them determine that you are not in the wrong.

    Hello Justin Rxxxxx,

It has come to our attention that invalid clicks and/or impressions
have been generated on the Google ads on your site(s). We have
therefore disabled your Google AdSense account. Please understand that
this was a necessary step to protect the interest of the AdWords
    advertisers.

A publisher's site may not have invalid clicks or impressions on any
ad(s), including but not limited to clicks and/or impressions generated
    by:

    - a publisher on his own web pages
    - a publisher encouraging others to click on his ads
    - automated clicking programs or any other deceptive software
    - a publisher altering any portion of the ad code or changing the
layout, behavior, targeting, or delivery of ads for any reason

These or any other such activities that violate Google AdSense Terms
and Conditions and program polices may have led us to disable your
account. The Terms and Conditions and program polices can be viewed at:

    https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms?hl=en_US
    https://www.google.com/adsense/policies?hl=en_US

Publishers disabled for invalid click activity are not allowed further
participation in AdSense and do not receive any further payment. The
earnings on your account will be properly returned to the affected
    advertisers.

If you feel that this decision was made in error, and can maintain in
good faith that the invalid activity was not due to the actions or
negligence of you or those you are responsible for, such as employees
and family members, you may appeal the closing of your account. To do
so, please contact us only through this form:

    http://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/request.py?contact=invalid_clicks_appeal&hl=en_US

If Google decides to evaluate your appeal, we will do our best to
inform you quickly and will proceed with appropriate action as
necessary. If we have reached a decision on your appeal, subsequent or
duplicate appeals may not be considered.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

Justin from here on I would keep your communications with Google to yourself until you have this one resolved.

Have a read through the link I posted and appeal the decision.

    Good luck.

Have you checked if you can access your account? If your account really is disabled you won't be able to log in to Adsense. If it says account disabled/not existing then you are banned and it's not somebody that's messing with you.

If you are banned, it might take a while for the ads to completely stop showing on your site(s).

The option would be to click on the appeal link they provided. Fill in the information required and hope for the best. Best of luck!
