We dont involve ourself into paypal dispute. If you are right u will surely get refund of ur amount by paypal. As you were asking for moneyexchange which is not legal at DP, we dropped the idea and cancelled ur order.
If you cancelled your order, then you should have returned my money! If it is illegal, you shouldn't have received my money! Nope, you shouldn't have even asked to exchange your moneybooker to my paypal! What you said doesn't prove you are right. About the money itself I will just try everything I can to recover it, if I cant I don't mind loosing it, it is only 106 USD, doesn't gonna make us rich; but I think others shouldn't fall into your scam, let me be your last victim if I could.
