I had a cat called Burle. One evening we were watching some footage of foxes in a garden. He strolled up to the TV and put his face to it as though he was looking through a window. He wasn't pleased to have pesky foxes in the house. My sister's dog has started to bark at the TV when any animal (other than humans) is featured. Most cats and dogs don't bother with TV are the ones that do more intelligent or just a little loony?
My cat doesn't watch TV but she loves listening to music with me. She especially likes "real" music like smooth jazz, not crappy pop music on the radio today.
I don't have any pet right now in my home; instead, I have two kids who always fight with me to have control on the remote and in the end the youngest kid wins the race and watch her favorite "Pogo". We too were forced to watch her favorite channel

My dog never watches TV but will occasionally bark at the TV if there are animal sounds. My cat however will sometimes watch TV. He will sit a couple of feet in front of it with his head moving back and forth!
So dogs are sports fans! The dog I mentioned is quite a bully and doesn't get on with other animals at all. A few weeks ago he was barking at baby gorillas on the television. I shouted at him for bullying babies and said he should be ashamed of himself and then he shut up and watched them but I could tell he was totally p*ssed off...
My DOG watch TV and Drink Wine too... One day Me and my Dog Drink wine and suddenly My Gf enter in my home. She initially laughed and say " Both Dogs Looking Cool" and I reply "I was just wondering about u my Bitch" hehe
Both my cats stare at the TV so I assume they are watching it. They end up getting bored after awhile and fall asleep on my lap.
