    Build Links and do Search Engine Optimization to attract visitors from Search Engines.

    Also participate in PPC networks if you wish you spend money for the traffic.

    Create content that is useful and that people will want/need. All the optimization in the world isn't going to help if you don't have anything useful to present to a potential visitor or to draw him in.

    To attract more visitors to your website you need to give the a reason to visit. Whats the value your site provides and work on that.
